Beautiful views and plenty of activity!

Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. We loved being right on the beach and having access to plenty of food, shopping, and activities without even leaving the resort. We even ended up scheduling a photo session right at the hotel and had the most stunning family portraits to remember our trip! Our entire family was impressed by the beauty around us.

We have small kids, so having a few more kid friendly options like life vests by the pool would have been helpful. As parents we struggle to relax on vacation and those small things mean a lot!

They need more activities, especially when it is raining days.also, night activities is not so good.

Great last minute stay! Stunning beach!

Good location 20 mins from airport, stunning beach, great staff, nice show and daily entertainment, good food, plenty of choices, and yummy drinks, nice grounds, clean pools(wish one had a slide and the kids pool had an actual splash pad), plenty of pool and beach chairs, room was upgraded and clean but floors felt sandy, nice linens, comfy bed, good stay, would return.

Standard 2 beds rooms should have Queen size beds, instead of Full/Double. For families, which most are of 4 people, it is not comfortable, so you'd want to upgrade to a Suite or a King size room, and ask them to add 2 twin beds, which will make space tight and they aren't very comfortable, but for kids they are OK. That's what we did. Some parts need upgrade, more lighting. The hot tub in the main pool is directly connected to the pool, so its not warm or hot, its just a bubble pool within the pool. The hot tub in the Vip/family area its adjacent to the pool but water was cooler than the pool...if that makes any sense lol

We will be back next year!!

The staff was very friendly and did there jobs well. The food was excellent (and we went to every restaurant on the resort). The rooms were nice and the resort was very clean.

The water pressure in the rooms (shower and sink) was very poor.

Great for getting lost in paradise

The staff was incredibly friendly, the coffee bean was a pleasant surprise for a special cup and the cocktails were superb

The WiFi worked intermittently both outside and in the rooms, would prefer for it to have an elevator for the upper rooms and the night activities are a little lacking.

Nice trip all round, would consider this resort again if I eve visit Punta Cana again.

The property was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurants had great food.

The buffet was horrible. The rooms needed updating and repairs. Our first room had a shower ceiling that was about to fall down on us. The “club membership” was a ridiculous amount. An all inclusive resort should include use of ALL pools and restaurants.

the kindness of all the staff.

The hotel has a very prepared and friendly staff, always eager to serve, I really liked the coffee stand called by them (cocoa bean cafe), the girl Cristina was very friendly there, all the staff in general, of course I would return without thinking about it.

The night show wasn't good, it's not that the dancing was bad, it was just the same concept the entire show. (The beach party is a good idea, they just have to last a little longer).

The staff were so keen to help , especially the concierge team Ana Lidia and Oscar. The food was good . Housekeeping was lovely, cleaned sheets and towels every day.

Let's talk about the Spa Team. So I booked a make session for my daughter's 27th birthday . It was the worst makeup in history . They charge 55 USD for unprofessional service. makeup, so-called artist needs to be a housekeeper. She is in the wrong feel of business and has no experience in doing makeup. She asks you for a picture of what you would like , then gives you what she can do. For a big company like Jewel Palm in the world where makeup is trending, you need to hire a professional makeup artist who knows the makeup world. Imagine you have bridal makeup service. god help the brides. They make you sign a disclaimer before you pay for makeup . So guys, if you don't like it, then you are in trouble to get your money back. For me, it's not about the money. it's was the deception and illusion of the whole experience thinking yea you going to get a good service then Bam you look like you just oil your face.

What I liked the most was the staff. Beautiful, happy, enthusiastic, kind, helpful people always ready to help you!!! Bravo!!!

The music. It was very repetitive and Latin music of all kinds was missing. That was surprising.

Great vacation

The beach wasn't very good because of all the seaweed that was present. The pools definitely made up for the lack of beach. My son loved the swim up bar and I liked the availability of umbrellas by the pool. I liked our room, as far as comfort goes.

I didn't like our third floor room. It would have been acceptable if the hallways were air conditioned but they are not and are the same temperature as the outside air because they are opened to the outside on all ends. Very uncomfortable walking up the three flights and sweating the entire time. Of course I am older. It didn't seem to affect my son at all. I was disappointed in the fact that all ads stated that the rooms had a mini bar. Ours had a bottle of coke and bottles of water. On our last evening a can of beer was placed in our refrigerator. I guess that qualified as a mini bar. Also, the air conditioning in all the indoor restaurants was not working and we all had to sweat while eating.
